Hey everyone!
Just a quick update.
This blog is very much alive and as am I- and I'm sorry I haven't posted a lot.
Truth is, for a few months I've very much been struggling with my mental and physical health, and these struggles have really manifested in me having no energy and not wanting to do anything.
I've been really stresssed with work as well, and honestly have felt like I've been going through the motions a lot, just trying to get through each day.
However, the past few weeks have been actually wonderful and I'm finally feeling motivated, I'm feeling refreshed, and I'm actually getting to rest a bit and have some me time.
I'm in the process of moving to a new flat where I can tidy and not live in a cluttered mess, and I'm also going to have a nice desk for once that I can actually sit at to blog. I'll be getting a new laptop soon and I'm going to get a more compact one so I can blog on the go more as well. I've started organising myself more and actually planning posts better with the help of the books I've bought thanks to my stationary addiction.
There's also a new season todread look forward to in a few months, and I now have a boyfriend who wants me to teach him all about ice hockey! We watched the IIHF final together, which he really enjoyed, and has asked if we can go to some EIHL games this year and watch some Sens games together. Yes, he's going to be a Sens fan. Thanks to a twitter poll,
you sick bastards decided he's got to suffer with the rest of us- I might post about his reactions to his first Sens game.
Hey, maybe one day I'll be able to actually explain goaltender inference to him (that's if anyone figures that out).
Finally, there will be stuff coming soon! I'm finally sorting my end of season review and also a mammoth post regarding how bizarre the situation around this team has been for the past 18 or so months.
Watch this space and don't forget about me like the Sens forgot what defence was this year!
